Christina Cruz is an Latino-American boxer and born and raised in Hell’s Kitchen, New York City of Puerto Rican ethnicity. Cruz is currently one of the top fighters in the world. She picked up boxing at a local club in New York City back in 2006, and since then has racked up a total of 7 USA National Championships, and two world medals in the bantamweight division. To add to her outstanding accolades, she also holds the record for most consecutive NY Golden Glove titles breaking Mark Brelands record of 5 in 2012 then later capturing her 10th unprecedented NYGG championship, breaking her previous record at 9 in 2016. With a classic boxing style emulated the infamous Willy Pep and Sugar Ray Robinson and over 150 fights of experience, Cruz has been known to dance around her opponents while scoring stinging punches from the outside with speed and power; an exciting style that has always left viewers in awe of the Hell’s Kitchen Kid.
